SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited and priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  • Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

  • International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary based on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • The recipient is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Damages:

    • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials for evidence.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

  • Returns:

    • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions.

  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by email.

  • Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
